Healthcare Business Enquiry FAQ

Please reach us at info@exi.life if you cannot find an answer to your question.

EXi is a registered medical device and health app that personalises a physical activity prescription for your patient/client, based on their current health status. Their prescription will be set at the appropriate level and graduated over 12 weeks. If they have any combination of 23 long-term health conditions, their prescription will be adjusted accordingly. These activities can be easily added in a busy workday and in between daily tasks, to make safe physical activity easily accessible.

Weekly goals can start as low as 3 sessions of 10 minutes of low intensity activity per week. They will have access to physical activity and workout videos set at the appropriate intensity level, or they can use our app to log their own activities. We have a bespoke Apple Watch app, which allows us to provide feedback on exercise intensity in real-time. EXi also gathers health and fitness information from many devices with consent provided in the iOS Health app and the Android Google Fit app.

We aim to help empower your patient or client to understand their heart rate zones and to be physically active at the right intensity.

With automation, implementing at scale the medical guidelines of exercise for people with or at-risk of chronic conditions.

We help organisations to engage and empower people in their own health to prevent, treat and manage chronic conditions.
